Jessie Shepherd, MA, LCMHC, LPC is a Mental Health Counselor and owner of Blue Clover Therapy. She has a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Utah. Her focus is treating trauma, eating disorders and adjustment issues in adults, adolescents, children and their families. She utilizes Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She also works with performance anxiety and performance enhancement using EMDR.

Briana Petters, LCSW found her passion for psychology and psychotherapy early in her undergraduate degree while working as a supervisor in an adolescent treatment center for youth on the autism spectrum. She then pursued and completed her MSW from the University of Utah with an emphasis in mental health. She has practiced at a variety of places and with many diverse clients including military veterans, LGBTQ, Sexual Assault survivors, religious trauma, mental health outpatient, and substance abuse. Briana has always had a passion for helping individuals at critical moments of their lives and has worked extensively with individuals impacted by trauma. She is drawn to a humanistic perspective and resonates with EMDR, ACT, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness therapeutic practices. Briana is a passionate and driven social change and human rights advocate who is inspired by human resiliency and self-determination.

Rebecca Merson, LCMHC earned her Bachelors degree in Psychology from Champlain College in 2016 and continued on to earn her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lynn University. Before becoming a counselor, Rebecca was a competitive athlete and coach. Rebecca believes in providing a safe, judgment free space to address her client’s physical, mental, social and emotional needs. Rebecca is trained in and passionate about Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, CBT, and EMDR. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Rebecca specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, anger/behavioral issues, self-esteem, and parenting.

Shari Elliott, LCMHC, LPC received her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix. She has worked with various populations within the community including, substance abuse treatment, domestic violence, anxiety and depression. Shari uses CBT while utilizing a client-centered approach. She is also passionate about suicide prevention and active at the local American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

Carrie Harris, LCSW earned her Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Utah. She is skilled at collaborating with clients to understand and serve individual needs. Carrie's focus is relationship distress. She relies on Gottman tools to help individuals, couples and families improve communication and connection. Her approach is client centered. She provides a warm space to work through stuck, heavy emotions that often originate from past experiences. Her toolbox includes, but is not limited to, EMDR, IFS, CBT and art therapy. She works to ensure her clients feel heard and understood.

Samantha Wilson, MSW, CSW is a pediatric mental health therapist at Blue Clover Therapy in Salt Lake City. She received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boise State University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Iowa State University. Sam is also a TBRI Practitioner. She utilizes Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), “an attachment-based, trauma-informed intervention” as well as other play therapy models. Her focus is working with children and their families for them to have stronger and more healthy relationship. She has experience treating trauma, adjustment issues, anxiety, and depression in children. Sam is married and together they have one biological child. She and her partner are also licensed foster care parents in the state of Utah.

Emma Ruppert, MSW, CSW received her Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky and her Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Northern Michigan University. She has experience working with diverse populations, creating a safe space for clients to express themselves and their concerns. Her focus is working with adults, children, and families to address anxiety, depression, self-esteem, behavioral issues, and trauma. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, coping skills, and play therapy.

Paula Dudley, MSW, CSW received her Masters Degree in Social Work after completing a Bachelor degree in Family Services. Paula currently works with adults, couples, and teens. Paula works with clients affected by life transitions, anxiety, relationship concerns, eating disorders, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, and compassion fatigue. Paula is results driven and utilizes evidence-based therapies and practices such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. She has completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. In her holistic and strength-based approach to therapy, she is dedicated to serving the client’s needs with compassion. Paula is licensed to practice therapy services in both Utah and Ohio.

Richie Landward, LCSW, MPA, MBB is a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals with trauma, anxiety, sleep issues, substance use, depression, ADHD and life transitions. He draws on trauma-informed care, Mind-Body Bridging, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based approaches tailoring each session to meet clients where they are with empathy and clarity. Over his career, he has worked extensively with combat veterans, first responders and their families as well as children and adolescents. Richie has spent 10 years as assistant professor at the University of Utah’s College of Social Work, teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in trauma, substance use, and mental health. He brings this academic foundation and real-world experience into his therapeutic work at Blue Clover Therapy, Richie provides a grounded, collaborative space for clients to explore, heal, and grow.

Anna Watson, MSW, CSW earned her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Utah and her Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky, with a Certification in Clinical Social Work. She works with children, adolescents, families, and adults, offering compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Anna's clinical experience includes treating anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, and complex comorbid presentations using DSM-5 and ICD-10 diagnostic frameworks. She is trauma-informed in her approach and strives to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered. Anna specializes in divorce and coparenting issues, helping individuals and families navigate transitions, improve communication, and build healthier relationships during challenging life changes. Anna's therapeutic approach is collaborative and strengths-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy.

Bekka Hamatake, CSW, is a clinical social worker who provides evidence-based psychotherapy to adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, grief and loss, identity exploration, and major life transitions. She utilizes a client-centered, trauma-informed approach focused on collaboration, stabilization, and skill development. Bekka has completed specialized training in ADHD Assessment and Treatment (ADHD-PT). Her clinical work integrates current research and best practices to support executive functioning, emotional regulation, and adaptive coping. In addition, Bekka works with clients experiencing spiritual or faith transitions, identity-related stressors (including sexual orientation and gender identity), and self-esteem concerns. She supports clients in developing insight, emotional regulation, and adaptive coping strategies to promote psychological well-being and personal growth.
